Through lyric analysis and performance coaching, you’ll also explore how to: reframe rejection with rational thought techniques, recalibrate goals within your control, identify and shift procrastination or fear-based habits, and build healthy rituals that strengthen self-trust. Students learn to distinguish inner critic from authentic voice, design balanced downtime, examine comparisons and social media, and use somatic movement to reduce anxiety and free their artistry.
